The Association is before the High Court to defend this estate and every homeowner in it. With a strong legal team behind us and a solid case built, we are asking the court to recognise what Knightsbridge homeowners have been owed from the very beginning, and to put it on the record for good.

CAM pays for the everyday running of the estate: security, cleaning, the care of our shared spaces and the work of the facility manager. Paying ahead keeps it simple and keeps the estate running without interruption.
CAPEX is the estate's capital reserve. It is kept in its own account and spent only on approved capital projects, the major works that serve the estate for years (Constitution Article 45).

Tap Pay on the Legal Fund, CAM or CAPEX. Its payment page opens with the Association's name and seal at the top.
Your first name, last name, email and phone number. Your receipt is sent to that email address.
Enter one of the amounts on this page, for example 312.50 for one month of the Legal Fund or 1050 for a quarter of CAM.
Fill in your block, your unit number and the months or period the payment covers, so it is recorded against the right unit.
Choose Mobile Money or Card. For mobile money, select your network and enter the wallet number.
Approve the prompt on your phone. You will see Payment Successful, Paystack emails your receipt, and the Treasurer records it.
